Transformation of Sentences করার নিয়ম

শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা, অনুশীলন পাতায় নিয়মিত চোখ রাখবে। আজও তোমাদের সাথে Transformation of Sentences সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করব। তাহলে শুরু করা যাক।

Rule 12 : Superlative degree- যুক্ত Affirmative sentence- কে Negative করতে হলে...

No other + superlative-এর পরের অংশ + verb + as + superlative degree-এর positive form + as + প্রদত্ত sentence-এর subject.

Affirmative: He is the best player in the team.

Negative: No other player in the team is as good as he.

Rule 13 :

‘Than any other’/‘than all other’-যুক্ত comparative degree-কে Negative করতে হলে...

‘No other’ + ‘any other’/‘all other’-এর পরের অংশ বসে + প্রদত্ত verb + so/as বসে + comparative degree-এর positive form + as + প্রদত্ত sentence-এর subject.

Affirmative: He is better than any other boy in the class.

Negative: No other boy in the class is as good as he.

Rule 14 :

Sentence যদি চিরন্তন অর্থবোধক Affirmative sentence- কে negative করতে হলে শুরুতে সাহায্যকারী verb + n’t বসে  + বাকি অংশ বসে এবং প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন (?) বসাতে হবে তবে যদি sentence- এ কোনো সাহায্যকারী verb না থাকে, তবে don’t/ doesn’t বসে + subject + main verb-এর present form + বাকি অংশ বসে এবং প্রশ্নবোধক চিহ্ন (?) বসাতে হয়।

Affirmative: Health is wealth.

Negative: Isn’t health wealth ?

Affirmative:The sun sets in the west.

Negative: Doesn’t the sun set in the west ?
