প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা, তোমাদের জন্য আজ Transformation of Sentence-এর Affirmative to Negative Sentence নিয়ে আলোচনা করা  হলো। তোমরা নিয়মগুলো ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ত করবে।

 Transformation of Sentences for all students

 

Affirmative to Negative

 

অর্থ পরিবর্তন না করে Affirmative থেকে Negative করার সময় Affirmative sentence –এর verb বা adjective –এর Antonym এবং Antonym –এর পূর্বে auxiliary verb + not (negative) বসাতে হয়। যেমন:

Affirmative: Dhaka is an ancient city.

Negative : Dhaka is not a new city.

এছাড়া অন্যান্য Affirmative sentence- কে Negative করতে নিচের Chart টি ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ত করতে হবে।

01. Only /alone (ব্যক্তির ক্ষেত্রে)

e.g. Only he can succeed in life.

Allah alone can help us.

 

02. Only (বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে)  

e.g. He likes only vegetables

 

03. Only (বয়স/সংখ্যার ক্ষেত্রে)

e.g. My grandmother is only 100 years old

Or

I have only 300 books

 

 

04. Only (place)

e.g. He lives only in Dhaka

 

 

05. Must /have to

e.g.You must study hard

We have to obey our parents

 

 

 

 

 

 

06. Every (body /one/Noun)

e.g. i) Everybody likes him

ii) Everyone took part in the meeting

iii) Every teacher takes

Care of his students.

none but

None but he can succeed in life

None but Allah can help us

 

nothing but           

He likes nothing but vegetables

 

Not more than /not less than

My grandmother is not less than 100 years old.

I have not more than 300 books.

 

Nowhere but

He lives nowhere but in Dhaka

 

cannot but  অথবা cannot help + verb-ing

You cannot but study hard

We cannot but obey our parents. or

We cannot help obeying our parents.

 

 

There is/was no (body/one/Noun ) +but +verb সহ বাকী অংশ

There is no body but likes him.

There was no one but took part in the meeting.

iii) There is no teacher but takes care of his student.
