Rule 4: Active থেকে passive করার নিয়ম:
Active voice এর object passive এর subject হয়।
subject এর number, person ও tense অনুযায়ী auxiliary verb বসে। মূল verb এর past participle হয়।
preposition by, to, at, with, বসে।
Active voice এর subject passive voice এর object হয়।
I write a letter.
® A letter is written by me.
I know him.
® He is known to me.
He helped me.
® I was helped by him.
Rule 5: Present indefinite tense এর passive করার নিয়ম:
Structure: obj®sub+be-v+v.p.p+by+sub®obj.
Rahim does the work.
®The work is done by Rahim.
Exercise:
I do the sum.
He writes a novel.
I see a dove.
The farmer grows rice, jute and vegetable.
Rule 6: Present continuous tense এর passive করার নিয়ম:
Structure: obj:® sub:+ am,is,are (being)+ v.p.p+by+sub ® obj:
Rahim is reading a noble.
® A noble is being read by Rahim.
Exercise:
They are catching fish.
We are playing cricket.
They are helping me.
Mother is helping me.
The boys are flying kits.
Rule 7: Present perfect tense এর passive করার নিয়ম।
Obj:® sub:+(have has)+ been + v.p.p +by + sub:® obj:
I have eaten mango.
® Mango has been eaten by me.
Exercise:
Rina has taken tea.
We have done the work.
You have played cricket.
He has sold the watch.
You have told me.
Rule 8: Past indefinite tense Passive করার নিয়ম:
Obj: ® sub: + was/were + v.p.p+ by +sub ® obj.
He did the work.
® The work was done by him.
Exercise:
We ate an orange.
The boy played cricket.
I saw him
