সুপ্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা, আজ আমি তোমাদের সাথে ষষ্ঠ থেকে দশম শ্রেণির English Grammar এর একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় Exclusive rules of Affirmative into Negative নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হলো ।
AFFIRMATIVE TO NEGATIVE
Transformation শব্দটির অর্থ হলো রূপান্তর। সুতরাং, যেকোনো এক ধরনের Sentence কে অন্য ধরনের Sentence এ রূপান্তর করাই হলো Transformation of Sentences তবে রূপান্তরের সময় আমাদের খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন Sentence এর মূলভাব পরিবর্তন না হয়।
Rule-5: Everyone/ everybody/every person/ (every + common noun)/all স্থানে There is no + attached word + but.
Example:
Aff: Every mother loves her child.
Neg: There is no mother but loves her child.
Aff: Everybody fears a lion.
Neg: There is no body but fears a lion.
Rule-6: As soon as স্থানে No sooner had ——- Than.
Example:
Aff: As soon as the thief saw the police, he ran away.
Neg: No sooner had the thief saw the police he ran away.
Rule-7: The Superlative degree স্থানে No other + attached word + verb + so/as + positive form + as + subject.
Example:
Aff: Dhaka is the biggest city in Bangladesh.
Neg: No other city is as big as Dhaka in Bangladesh.
Aff: Tamim is the best batsman in the team.
Neg: No other batsman in the team is as good as Tamim.
Rule-8: প্রতিশব্দ বিপরীত শব্দ হবে। By Not.
Example:
Aff: I shall remember you.
Neg: I shall not forget you.
Aff: Chandan Barmmon is an honest journalist.
Neg: Chandan Barmmon is not a dishonest journalist.
