Thanks for your work
Think of a person who is a service provider in your school/ locality or at your home. We know, during the lock down some of these people lost their jobs and thus faced different types of problems.
Make a poster on one such person answering the following questions.
1. What is his/her name? !
2. Where does he/she live?
3. What does he/she do?
4. How does his/her work help you/your family?
5. When does he/she start and finish work?
6. How does he/she do the work?
7. Is he/she satisfied with the job?
Why or why not?
8. What was his/her problems/ challenges during Covid-19?
9. Could he manage to overcome those challenges? How/ if not, why not?
10. How are you personally benefitted from this person?
If possible provide a picture or photo of that person but it is not mandatory.
This is a poster presentation.So you , have to assess the poster following the assessment rubrics.
Excellent:
o Student presents information for all 10 questions.
o The presentation has no spelling error.
o Student's use of vocabularyis appropriate and varied.
o All sentences are grammatically correct. Very good:
o Student presents information for at least 8 questions.
The presentation has occasional spelling error.
o Student's use of vocabulary is generally appropriate and varied with some slips.
o A few grammatical errors are evident.
Good:
o Student presents information for at least 6 questions.
o Half of the presentation has spelling error.
o Student's use of vocabulary is limited.
o Half of the presentation has grammatical errors.
Needs improvement:
o Student presents information for at least 4 questions.
o There are frequent spelling errors.
o Student's use of vocabulary is extremely limited with many inappropriate uses.
o There are frequent grammatical errors
(more than half of the sentences are grammatically inaccurate).
