ইংরেজিতে প্রায় কাছাকাছি structure বিশিষ্ট অসংখ্য শব্দ রয়েছে যে সবের অর্থ সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন এরূপ কিছু confusing বা বিভ্রান্তিকর শব্দ নিয়ে আমাদের এই আয়োজন।
4. (i) Sometime = (former/ previous - সাবেক)
Dr. Siqqiure was the sometime professor of the university.
(ii) Some time (কিছু সময়)

6. (i) People = জাতি (Nation) -
The Bengalese are a good people.
(ii) People - (জনগণ, men)
The people of Bangladesh are gentle.
7. (i) By the by - (কথা প্রসঙ্গে)
He told me by the by that one of this brothers lives in America.
(ii) By and by - (শীঘ্রই, very soon) They will return from there by and by.
8. (i) Bad blood = (শত্রুতা, enmity) There is bad blood between the two brothers.
(ii) Blue blood = (আভািজত্য, aristocracy) We should not be proud of our blue blood.
iii) Royal blood (আভািজত্য, রাজবংশ, aristocracy) None should boast of their royal blood.
(iv) Black blood = (দূষিত রক্ত, নোংরামি, নিঃকৃষ্টতা)
= Everybody knows about his black blood.
